Terms and Conditions

1. All sales are final.  Sale will conclude online on Tuesday, May 8^th at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time.

2.     All bids are in U.S. dollars.

3.     Invoices for purchases will be sent for all sales with payment required within five days of sale. 

4.     No embryos will be shipped without proper payment.

5.     Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.  Upon request, sales management will work with buyer to coordinate shipping.

6.     All bidding is completed online at www.dairyauctions.com.  Bidding can be completed in two ways:
   1.     Directly online by registering
   2.     Via CanAm Sales Management agent listed below

7.   All embryos are DT and available for immediate shipment.

8.     Embryos are sold by the embryo times the number of embryos in the package.

9. Embryos sold for export require the buyer to pay all documentation fees associated with required paperwork.  Several domestic agents are available to assist with this process.
